IRT Lenox Ave Line: R62 3 Train at 145th St (5 car station only Brooklyn Bound)

Brooklyn bound R62 3 Train coming from its first stop of its line 148th St-Lenox Terminal and slowly enters at 145th St. Then leaves 145th St heading towards 135th St Station as its next stop.

Note: Besides the Shuttle train this this is the only station and the only station in the IRT system that only have a station that only fits 5 cars well really this station can fit 6 cars but it would been impossible for the 6th car to open alone.

not likely, 148th street is just three blocks to the north and the junction to the 2 train is less than 5 blocks to the south

i always wonder if they are ever going to expand this station

i fell sad for the last 5 cars. im sure they feel left out and worthless cause they cant stop at the station. but the other 5 cars will also feel left out when they comeback in the other direction and there left out. [small joke]
