@shawnuel "Headlines ...are the horses in a race, it leads you to believe that life and death are commonplace" draws me in, "very quietly the world loses blood overnight, in the morning the sickness will hide in the light, out of sight" kind of gets me lost in pondering the depth of our world's rebellion, finally "the criminal in my skin let's out a sigh, he'd like to think he's innocent, but he cannot tell a lie" includes my rebellion. With both you and I, Mark's way with words stands out.
I love this guy...he had so much to give...and boy did he give it while he was here...that voice, his passion, and his raw amazing songs that cut so deep as to rend the soul in two....IM CRYING AGAIN is one of Mark's most wonderful songs...has that ring of pure truth that is hard to fault and hard to stomach at the same time...what a guy....
Absolutely and without any reservation or hesitation, among my most cherished songs of (relatively) early contemporary Christian music. I thank you very much for posting this, especially since I lost track of my copy of "Stop the Dominoes" many years ago.
