Serious situation when NYPD horses start trampling the crowd...totally uncalled for.. i think they were just bored and wanted to stir up a situation...people were literally being crushed when the horses forced back the hundreds of people tightly packed together in one area. i feel the NYPD should be totally held responsible, this was a crime. and should be considered Assault with a deadly weapon (the horse) ...they should also be sued in civil court by everyone that was trampled and crushed in the crowd....
HORSES SHOULD NOT BE USED IN CROWD CONTROL SITUATIONS!!!

Also, this isnt trampling. We've seen people ACTUALLY trampled by horses in protests, in India, the civil rights movement, Egypt etc. This isnt trampling, I've seen horses trample people in domestic horse racing, they'd be a lot more screaming if someone was ACTUALLY trampled. Grow up pussies.

Does anyone else find the fact that the horses are just blankly looking at the protesters hilarious? Not even the horses are scared by these yuppies HAHA! These kids are such pussies! A horse from the front is only a threat if it rears up on you, and these are specially trained urban police horses. If any of these kids were honestly scared of these creatures, how are they going to take on the governemnt? Try working with race horses and you'd BEG for the police horses to come back.
