Star Trek Legacy: Terrans don't negotiate with the Dominion

As proven in this video, Terrans don't negotiate with the Dominion.
In an alternate reality, the Terran Empire was not overthrown by the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance, but, they conquered the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance.

When they entered the Gamma Quadrant through the Bajoran Wormhole, they were greeted by the Dominion. The Dominion wanted peace, but, all they got was phaser fire, and many photons,
and that's how the war began.

@TheCyberJacques It is a Terran re-skin of the Proxima-class battleship (refit).  The TOS and TMP versions of the Proxima are unique to Legacy.

And don't forget the virus. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have cared about using Odo to kill off his people in one blow in the Terran Empire. The only complaint anybody would have would be that it'd rob the Terran military of the "fun" of killing them the old-fashioned way... or just tossing the blobby batches of liquid into the reactor core and using them as extra warp fuel. =P
