Debate held on France 24 after the conviction of Colonel Bagosora for genocide at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in December 2008. Among the participants were Payam Akhavan, professor of international law at McGill University.

  • And to the Paris professor. I know you live in France, but when 800k people are murdered by your friends in Hutu power, there are no atrocities done by the RPF. None. You can't name one. Do you understand the reality of 800k dead? Whatever retribution took place by the RPF-THEY HUTU SCUM HAD IT COMING. I would have firebombed all of the so-called refugee camps in pathetic Zaire and that would not have been an atroicty, rather justice. You liberals are something else. Grow up.

  • The U.N. has no balls.  They need to hang Bagosora like the war criminal he is. They hung the Nazis, why not him?
