Peter, Panu, Jeff and I took a bike trip from Inage to Onjuku. In a straight line from Chiba to Onjuku it is about 41 miles, although we were going over and hills and such, so it was about 160 miles to Onjuku and back home. We left Inage around 10:30 am and arrived in Onjuku around 9:00 pm. It took about 10 hours to get there and then another 10 hours to get back home the next day.

I always wanted to ride my bike in one direction for one whole day. When I was little, I heard stories from my grandpa about my great uncle who rode his bike from San Francisco to New York. Ever since then I wanted to do something like that.

The reason we went to Onjuku is because Peter and I saw a poster advertising Onjuku. There was a story that 400 years ago, a Spanish Mexican ship was destroyed and the ship wrecked people were saved by the Japanese locals.

  • Peter is my second favorite character in your videos. Where is he now? Do you still communicate with each other?

  • @xixianne We still keep in contact over the internet. I don't talk to him every day or anything like that, but we do say hello every once and awhile. He is an awesome man.
