The gravity on the moon is about 1/6 of the Earth's gravity, so if you for example could jump one foot on Earth then the same jump on the moon be something like 6 feet (because g1h1 = g2h2) - without a heavy spacesuit, that is - if you were to wear a spacesuit then it would be a lot lower than that.
