This is an episode of the NHK TV-documentary "Welcome Back for an Extracurricular Lesson, Sempai!" in which director of Neon Genesis Evangelion, Hideaki Anno, talks to kids about himself and Evangelion and teaches them animation at his old elementary school in Ube.
This video is very informative about Hideaki Anno and why he made certain things in Eva the way he did.
