"Not A Muslim In Sight" is an investigative documentary, examining racial intolerance and the agendas of the British press. The debate is crystallised in the context of an overlooked news story in which the largest collection of chemical explosives ever found in a British home was discovered by the police, along with a rocket launcher and biological fall-out suit. In a week when the Muslim veil debate was raging in the press, these weapons, possessed by former members of a right wing, white extremist party, was not seen as a threat to the public, or even newsworthy.
The story was covered only by The Socialist Worker, a local newspaper and was given 51 words in The Times.
Reporters, media analysts and members of the public compare this case with the ways in which the Forest Gate incident was reported and handled by the police as well as giving views on racial integration and tolerance in the UK.
"Not a Muslim In Sight" is the first in a series of docs looking at microcosmic social issues around the countries.

Hating muslims is not racist. Islam is not a race, just as christianity is not a race. The problem is not islam, it is all religion. Chirac sold Saddam Hussein a nuclear reactor knowing that he intended to use it to make a nuclear bomb. It was also the French who helped the Israelis build acquire nuclear weapons. Chirac is also currently the subject of a police fraud investigation. He was a corrupt politician. French policy under Chirac was aggressive and nationalistic. France is the last aggressive colonial power in Europe. It intervenes mititarily in Africa (Algeria, Rawanda, etc).

Those attacks were in response to the British involvement in the illegal war in Iraq for 7/7and to the unconditional support of Israel's occupation in 9/11. I agree that there should be stricter anti-terror laws as well as integration laws like in France which are better than in Britain but also The WEST NEEDS A SMARTER AND MORE JUST FORIEGN POLICY TOWARDS MUSLIMS.
