I also started watching it because of JD and because I knew he hated it. I wanted to see what he does to get out of it.
And the Punk episode well the last of the 1th season is also my absolute favorite

LOL, it's car-talk for older cars with manual transmissions. "Three on the tree" means the gear shift lever is on the steering column (the "tree") instead of the floor. "Four on the floor" means it's a four-speed gear shift...on the floor.
Basically, it goes to show that Doug has no idea what he's talking about. ;)
