New official Halo 3 map, Purple Reign aka Assembly

This is a new official Halo 3 multiplayer map titled "Assembly" aka "Purple Reign", that is set to be released in the "Mythic Map Pack." The Mythic Map Pack is set to be released in early 09. This map has a resemblance to Halo 2 multilayer map Midship. Bungie has stated that this map is not a remake. These pictures can be found on Bungie's website. www.Bungie.net

They haven't said when they're gonna elease it. There was probably gameplay in the PAX games? That might have been where the pics came from.

I don't think so. It has not been officially announced when it will be released yet.

This map in a way sorta looks like a bunch of remakes in one. I see some midship in there. : ) But overall, it is a fresh new map and idea :)
