  • Need I say it...excellent work Tom. Thanks for sharing it with us.

  • @mjlorton Thank you!

  • Very nice system. Glad you won the bid. I wish I had one in my backyard. It would be nice if those Enpahse inverters would come down in price. I wish I could develop one to compete with it.

  • @shartne I think the Solar Edge DC approach is going to be the new commercial standard. With PV panel costs coming down, no one wants to pay $200 per panel for a GTI.

  • im glad you won the contract. you do very nice work from beginning to end.and explain it very well grate job.

  • @orlan7s1 Thanks Orlando. I should have a similar story to tell with a wind turbine system in 2012.

  • Nice video, thank you for sharing.

  • Congratulations on winning the contract and may a bunch more follow.

  • @water4fuelh20 The biggest decision in choosing panels for commercial applications is the company's history in the industry and a judgement about if they will be around 25 years from now. The Japanese companies tend to have the best record in this regard. Thanks for the comment.

  • @leamyelectricinc1 Thanks Larry. I really feel honored to be involved in efforts like these.

  • @mbrenengen Time will tell what improvement it will have there over a larger fixed array. The math and other installations have shown the improvement to be between 30% and 50%, mostly due to the location. Ideally you live in a fog-free area with clear views of the horizon. As mentioned, this setup was aimed at education/awareness rather than kWh produced.
