  • I've studied Bagua, Xing-yi, Sun Taiji, Shandong styleTang Lang and studied privately with Jimmy Woo (San Soo...7 years) for 31 years. I can tell all of the slight tempo changes, empty/full walking, intention, breath changes with speed changes, little balance quirks. I am being honest in saying that this man really gets it and his teacher is the real deal. I see very little of arts on this level, even by "famous" people. Hats off to this man.

  • Remember I was here.Thai

  • Very nice technique! What dorks disliked this? /sigh. Definitely things that I will be considering in my own practice on this form. 优秀!

  • very very nice

  • I practice taichi for 8 years. I think the idea (internal force) underlying taichi and ba gua are quite similar. I think it would be very helpful to borrow some bagua techniques when doing moving step push hand. I think taichi is good for learning the basic idea of internal force due to its simpler movement. Ba gua and xin yi is good for application because they have more practice in moving step.
