Ancient european travelers have said that Indian cities where larger than Roam and more well provided. They whr all destroyed by the invaders, christians and muslims.. power hungry civilizations that constricted and chocked the older pagans to poverty. Times when Northern Europe was in the dark ages Indian cities where rich and bountiful. Its sad in what low light you see them today.. times do change.

Basically, the people were arguing over whether one of the people should have a right to the seat in which he was sitting; from what I understand, someone else who had paid for their ticket had gotten off earlier (than his/her stop, I presume), and then the guy in question sat in that seat without having to pay for a seat.
