For those who don't habla, it goes something like this:

Very well done. The ending was classic, though it was a perfect opportunity for an "Omae wa mo shindeiru."

Actually, there was in there, which you can barely hear somewhere in there after the crowd reaction to Saigo getting hurt. (Including my own "Ooooooh!" ^_^;)

Ironically, Andy, the Saito cosplayer, posted a version with the dialogue and music redubbed, so you actually can make out what's being said/sung. (And I believe it's also subtitled.)
