I have said it 1000X... the exterior does not matter! If a person is scarred from a propane explosion, so what! If another is disfigured in a chemical mishap, so what! If a person is scalded, say, as a child reaching for a pot on the stove, it's sad, too, but no one judges that!

HOWEVER, when you deliberately cut, scar, and brand your own ass, and others', with no legitimate cultural context, that IS to be judged!

But remember it is not so much your fault. It's failure in the home.
