DKC2 Haunted Hall - Kackle is Gone [Glitch]

This is an odd glitch reported by talaivaneizer (Kiddy14), where the last Kackle is gone when you get to the last round of barrels.

I decided to catch the vacationer ghost in the act on an emulator, so that you can see exactly what's going on in better detail.
