Though I don't like that he turned Montoya directly into the wall, I do admire Gilliland for standing up for himself. He didn't like the way Montoya had been banging on his back bumper, so he retaliated. Since then, he and Montoya haven't had any on-track problems, so I guess this dangerous method paid off as far as not messing w/ Gilliland.

That's dirty. That's like a safety rule drivers have with each other. As a driver and to your fellow competitors you never get into their right rear quarter panel especially at a fast racetrack. It's one thing to spin someone out by getting into their left rear but when you do it on purpose and hit someone in the right rear that's dirty. Juan Montoya will spin someone out on purpose but he's never spun someone out on purpose by getting into there right rear he knows better
gillialand is lucky montoya didn't act like he did towards Harvick at Watkins Glen. Gillilands ass would have been in the ground! lol.

That's one dangerous high speed track u should not take someone out intentionally.
