there's no good in bringing in negative chi , and would be detrimental to the health of the body and emotion. intention would manifest suffering in a action-reaction sequence . however , the effects of quantum tunneling means that yin and yang , are not separate .

some say chi is a weapon , if i thew chi at someone it might make their headache go away . but that's about it .

no joke , i practice this and have for some time . at first i just practiced off and on for about 7 years , i wasn't dedicated . but within the last year almost , i've been dedicated to nei jin qiong . i believe as experienced with it , every word in here . qi is intelligent , no matter what the problem is , it goes to work on fixing it . the rate of time in healing depends on the severity of the problem , and the amount of treatment .
