South Thailand's separatist movement - 27 Sep 07

Muslims, who make up more than 90 per cent of the 2 million people in Thailand's four southern provinces complain of being treated as second-class citizens in the mainly Buddhist country. Because of the nature of the current conflict it is rare for anyone involved in the separatist movement in South Thailand to speak publicly. Hamish Macdonald however spoke to two men about their part in the movement.

It is Arabs who create unrest, trouble across the world. Thai, Malaysia and Indonesia were all Buddhism countries before. But Arabs brought in Muslim into Asia and separated these countries into two, while western Countries brought in technologies, developments and wealth. Americans brought the true wisdom and happiness by evangelizing the Asians. Therefore, Chinese Christians in Malaysia and Indonesia have never kindled any political problems.

@sawaddekabb Bhumibol is the father of Thai Nation, he should go live where there is problem to solve problem in stead of hiding in his Palaces. If he can not go, he can send his son Sia O or his daughters, etc. But, the Thai Royal family is chicken so they send only people who brainwashed by them to die for them in Patani. @sawaddekabb This is not related to religions. This is related to Thai bad kama. Let's accept the truth. Thai took patani from Malay. Patani people are not Thai. It's normal that they want to reunite with their root. The same for Esan people who are Lao. If Thai return the the lands they stole from others, there will be no fighting for sure.
