  • for the mm-9 how long is the whip

  • @shamuslauer1 The whip is 49" long. The shaft length varies based on the length selected - either 4", 8" or 18".

  • You all should try the viper antenna. Its really cool and strongly built.

  • I have the MM9. It is a very well built open coil antenna. Maybe a little to well built, as it's a very heavy antenna. The performance is on par with a 102". The receive is great. It requires a very VERY strong/sturdy mount. I'm debating on making a heavy duty mount or just getting a different antenna. I need an antenna I can take off quick and throw in the cab of my truck due to my garage and this thing takes up too much room in the cab. Bought it from Right Channels, great guys!
