Have me as your personal online trainer at http://myhitechtrainer.com/tihealthandfitness Hey everyone, all Natural Bodybuilder/Powerlifter Tuan here with another vid. Here I am using a staple movement for my shoulders, the good, old Barbell Military Press. I have been getting alot of questions about my shoulder development and what exercises I do. Now some people may have shoulder problems mainly because over the years, they have not put in enough time and effort to keep they shoulders balance. I pull way more than I push when it comes to the shoulders. Also, many have problems with range of motion. I do not for I have always used full ROM. In football, if you got to push a guy off of you and he is smack dab in the middle of your chest, you got to have the power in the full ROM to get him off. Also, when bench pressing in a powerlifting meet, you have to touch your chest. Too often do I hear the SAME OLD CRAP THAT GOING TO FAR IS BAD FOR YOU. If anything, it is the opposite. When you limit your ROM, you shorten the muscle and the tendons. From the origin to the insertion point, if any part to that kinetic chain is weak or overloaded, you are done.
But getting back to this movement, here I am doing as many reps as I can before failure. I am trying to burn up all my glycogen so that my body will move more aggressive into beta oxidation (fat burning). I hope you enjoy the vid. PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT PROPER EDUCATION AND TRAINING.

  • @deepsquat4ever probably side abs. Never saw it though

  • @HeroDanny military press and overhead press are used interchangeably by a lot of people but a classic m/p is done standing with the heels close together and no leg drive. the motion resembled a soldier standing at attention, hence the name. next time know what you're talking about before you type something stupid....

  • @DaBrute You're an idiot, when you are standing it is called an overhead press.
