Im sick of blood sucking long term welfare dependants trying to take my money, they need to trade their alcohol and drug habits for full time jobs, labour wants to let these people do nothing, their lifestyles force their children to live in poverty then their children follow suit. If you cant afford to have kids, don't have them. If your a working mother or father and you still can't make ends meet im happy for the government to organise some kind of supplementary benefit to fix this.

year collectively pay no net tax—that is, their total income support payments match their combined income

tax. The top 10 per cent of households contribute over 70 per cent of income tax, net of transfers—over 70

per cent of income tax, net of transfers. This system is highly redistributive and we believe it is fair.

Do some people think that the rich just have their money and sit on their arses and do nothing? They generally go out and start businesses, this employs people rich also pay taxes, lots of taxes, these go to educating your kids, your medical bills and your infrastructure, all things the so called rich generally do not use. Do you think the tax you pay covers your kids education alone let alone the other things? I bet not unless you are paying over $15k in tax drive them away = you have nothing!

What people need to realize is that selling the assets prevents us from paying interest on out debts. Say we get $6 billion from the sales, which is in the $5-$7 billion range. If we were paying interest on that, that is $300 million a year going to other countries in interest payments (5% interest). So asset sales give us a huge one off sum and saves hundreds of million a year in interest. Labour wants to borrow about $3-$4 billion more, which has an interest costs of $150 million a year.
