  • I dont think you have to be tried in war.

  • And your facts and figures on how many prisonershave been killed at the hand of the US while being waterboarded? How about ZERO..? Does that work for you? Maybe you don't know it, but only THREE enemy combatants have ever been waterboarded... Yeah that's right. Look it up... and GUESS HOW MANY OF THOSE THREE DIED? If you guessed ZERO.. you would be right.. but if you maintain your position as stated... I would venture to say your in denial.

  • Water Boarding can kill a person, thats kinda permanent. We are not giving them the option of water boarding or beheading. Thats just a bad comparison.

  • Jesse is the most compelling guy. You can't stop watching or listening to him. Cool guy.

  • pretty soon the goverment will have a war they can not stop on there greedy hands

    us

  • Ventura is a national treasure. He needs to be running the show. LOL He's wrong about the Libertarian Party being "a bunch of anarchists" ...But even if he were correct, why wouldn't he ally himself with the LP for ballot access? If that's what he wants...

  • Stop the waterboarding. They are humans no matter what they did. Treat them like human beings. You don't make yourself look like a better person by conducting these practices.

  • So, the Ends justify the Means!! God Bless America. Yeah!

Would JESUS (or whoever) torture to protect (f-ng) freedom?!

  • Are there any permanent physical effects from being waterboarded? I ask this question with all sincerity. As Al Queda beheads people, I would venture to say that the beheadings constitute permanent damage to ones person. So, if I had the choice, I would rather be waterboarded than beheaded. Am I thinking clearly here?

  • but its not very nice, how would you like to be tortured for being in the wrong place at the wrong time? or even worse if your family member had it happen to them.
