Yes, the song is epically amazing and you did a great job with it! Congrats on figuring out the chords, not an easy task on any 'Other Lives' song.

I can already tell that you're passionate about what you play, sing, and compose. You should try to project louder than you do! =] Just a suggestion.

And I don't mean to be harsh, because I think you're really good, but you could consider using some vocal warm ups and excercises to improve your vocal technique. I don't know if you've seen Eric Arcenaux's videos, but I think his free warm-up routine is pretty good.
