Lincoln Chafee is completely aloof and has no understanding of what is going on in Rhode Island. Raising taxes AND increasing spending. Chafee has put the pedal to the metal on the road to ruin. Rhode Islanders are complete morons for electing the same brand of cronies to elected office election after election.
