The archipelago of Bocas del Toro is an expanse of turquoise waters dotted with lushly forested island. The heart of this area is a 32,700-acre national marine park. Four species of sea turtles nest on white-sand beaches and inhabit coral reefs laden with tropical fish.

Twocentsin, relax. You are waaaaay bigger than a bug. Get "Alterrain". whole foods has it and i travelled through Latin America without a single big bit.
