@MrBlueCombineGuy this is a homebrew console, made by the community for the community.
it runs linux and alot of emulators are available for it, as well as original games, mulitmedia applications and browsers/chatting apps.

A psp in notebook form is more accurate?
it has good graphics, good, cpu, and very good battery life..
notebooks usually lack in some of those, and they don't have comfortable built in gaming controls.
this is made with homebrew/gaming in mind.

Ah, cool, I have a Pandora too. I have had problems with anime though. Much of what I downloaded is encoded with the h.264 codec, and the Pandora doesn't really like that. It's also not so compatible with certain resolutions. Whilst my Pandora will be used indefinitely for emulation and homebrew, my Galaxy S2 that I'll have in a day or two will be used for videos. :)
