Conrad Murray - Guilty Of Michael Jackson Manslaughter

The jury in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor has reached a verdict & that verdict is GUILTY.

The judgement was read shortly after 9pm from the court in Los Angeles.

It took the jury of seven men and five women just nine hours over two days to decide the fate of Dr Conrad Murray, following a trial that lasted for six weeks.

Murray, 58, pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter & now faces up to four years in prison.

Murray had been hired to care for Jackson as he prepared for a series of planned comeback concerts at the O2 Arena in London.

Michael Jackson was found lifeless at his Los Angeles mansion on June 25, 2009, aged 50.

He was later ruled to have died from an overdose of propofol - which is normally used as a surgical anaesthetic - and sedatives.

Let's just hope that Michael's family, friends & fans can get some sort of closure from his untimely death & they can move on & in doing so can let the great man rest in peace.

RIP Michael Jackson.

You know, I'm watching this month's later and if it wasn't Michael Jackson... this guy would have probably gotten awy with it. Obviously the voting was influenced and hey... if a "regular" person dies for making unhealthy choices shame on them. but god forbid a celebrity does it then it's a catastrophic case! I'm not hating on MJ... In fact I miss him and love his music :(

its not just his fault... i think michael would of been asking for them ! but i realise he could of just said no.. but mabey michael threatend to hurt himself or others, or mabey even the doctor if he didnt give the drugs to him

That's what allways happens with famous's death, MJ was nervous about his return t the scene and as it seems he was pretty stubborn on working and woking and working and he became dependent of propofol, Murray was only one of his employees and he had t do what the employer said. After MJ's death people feels sypathetic with him and with his family but who of all of them did when he was acused of pederasty while he was alive?
