Well, after almost a year of soloing content on my Death Knight I finally beat my nemesis which was Romulo and Julianne in Karazhan.
The fact that Romulo has a poison debuff that reduces maximum health made this encounter particularly tricky. But with a gear upgrade and some correctly placed interrupts and shields I finally managed to solo the event.
