@L1lzk This thing is produced from sickest imagination possible. Its designed to kill other helicopters and targets on the ground at the same time. Its twin rotor makes it more faster, gives it higher climb rate, and there is no need for tail rotor making it more stable. its a killing machine.

It would rip his body appart , even if its firing the non-explosive armour piercing ammo..

KA-50 can carry 2 tipes of ammo and select them in flight (armour piercing and explosive)

Dang that chopper is more sick than our Apache. I love when its side to side with the white chopper than it just faces him and flys with ease.

when the bad guys in the Mi24 get hit by the ka50 ammo,...well, I think it fires 30mm rounds,...I've never seen a 30mm round hitting a body ( and don't want to ), but I think would cause far more damage.

BTW.. thats the real KA-50 test pilot (or one of them) playing the pilot... also in the movie the chief engineer of Kamov plays himself and some other russian army personal

He is probably in late 40s or early 50s..

Its not unusual because in Russia pilots keep active longer than western pilots.. its normal to see russian fighter pilots up to their late 40s.

Also in the movie this is the test pilot wich usually are the most experienced and skilled pilots.. i renember there was an american guy who tested the Raptor and he was also past his 40s

I finally got the movie..

is cool! great!

I mean.. seriously.. its a bit cheesy and the explosions may lack a bit (specialy the Hind explosion at the end) but the action is perfectly sincronized, the plot is not that bad (better than firebirds or Top Gun anyway) and then even put in some americans as good guys. You see that they lacked money but it has a good base and the Black Shark is just awesome
