ni de ponce ni de mayaguez ni de arroyo ni de guayama ni de maunabo ni de loiza sin embargo loiza mantiene la mayor cantidad de poblacion negra desde un princiopio por eso se mantiene las costumbre i tradiciones negroides del africa por generaciones como la bomba que se hereda en la sangre i en el cuero del tambor, pero para los que pelean por adueñarse de donde se inicio la bomba en puerto rico pues donde quiera que habia una poblacion negra ayi estaba la bomba.

Pelear sobre donde nacio esta tradicion es perder el tiempo. Lo que si vale mas, es que si vamos llamar esto tradicion, entonces es importante que aprendemos de los mayores y de aquellos quienes sabian de verdad.

yo lo siento mucho pero la bomba es de mayaguez........pa puerto rico jejejejeje....es un muy buen video si estan en puerto rico pasen por la tertulia en mayaguez en la calle mendez vigo por donde pasaba el tren ahi un viernes si y uno no tienen a los tambores de felix alduen....que alli estaran macho y combo pa ponerlos a gozar con bomba de la buena........

@smithphoenix1 Actually, many boricuas DO identify with our west african genes... and our arawak genes... and our north/east african genes... and our european genes. There is a reason why so many cultural things survived on our island to this day. We take pride in our multi-cultural roots; it is what is taught to us from childhood. I doubt you have met that many Boricuas who turn around and say: "I saw that Bomba video on YT... and I don't like it."... o.O We love it all. =)

This video brings tears to my eyes because it makes me so proud to be black. It is a shame that so many Boricuas who see this refuse to identify with their African ancestors who brought this art form and others like it.
