Governor-elect Brown: Now that you will be serving us as Governor once again, how about you start sending home the non-violent criminals? I'm talking about those with drug issues, who are no harm to the community (more a harm to THEMSELF) who are costing taxpayers $40/day for nothing. At that rate, Cali is spending $1,200 a month to keep a non-violent person (not all drug abusers are criminals) in jail.
Violent criminals should be in jail/prison. WE DEMAND REFORM!
