"I'll See You Around."

Please forgive me for having the first video of my active return be depressing. Especially when I claim to be okay. :o
But no, really. I have my reasons.
I might as well tell you what I was doing for the past month, sinceee a lot of you are asking and this video is about it, anyway. xD
But um. Remember Josh? You know, the guy who I was always making videos about, or having in my videos?
You know, my boyfriend who I was going to marry and all.
Well. It's not happening anymore.
We're over.
Sucks, right? Yeah, I thought so too.
Which is why I kind of vanished for the last month.
'Cause it was an ongoing process.
Buttt it was like, official, on the 13th, I think?
Which is really ironic, 'cause that was exactly a year and a half of us.
Plus, my last breakup was also right before Valentine's day...
I think I need to watch my back. That holiday seems to be out to get me. xD

So. Anyway. Yeah. That's that.
And that's why this video is sad.
I am okay now. Really. I've accepted it. (Which is what this video is about.)
But I didn't want to just jump right back into humor or anything.
I started a video like that, but I couldn't bring myself to do it.
It felt so...disrespectful.
So I had to make just one more video for him. Us.
I had to make a goodbye.
So, here it is. The end to our story.

--xStory;
Sora and Kairi were not who they were a year ago.
After so much had happened... They were ghosts of their former selves. Of their former relationship.
They weren't good for each other anymore. And in her heart of hearts, Kairi knew this.
She had for a while.
But, she remained quiet.
Regardless of how he hurt her, she loved Sora. She wouldn't hurt him by leaving, even if she knew she should.
Sora, too, knew this. And he knew Kairi would never walk away.
So, he chose to do it for her.

Obviously, Kairi is shattered. They fight, then leave.
Days pass, and they don't speak.
Seeking solace, Sora returns to the island from their younger days. The memories it holds pain him, but it's the one place that feels like home.
What he doesn't expect, is to find Kairi waiting for him.
She waves him over, smiling. Sora is confused, and even a bit apprehensive.
As he runs to her, he wonders if she'll try to change his mind, recalling the forever promise they once shared.
He knows he can't give in, because the seperation is for their own good.

But, Kairi's intentions are anything but.
As he joins her side, she gives him a smiled tinged with sorrow.
"It's okay."

Relizing what Kairi is about to do, Sora takes her hand one last time.
Unspoken memories circle within each mind---memories of happiness, of sorrow---of the good times, and how they have since disappeared.
Reaffirming to herself what she had spent the last few days thinking over, Kairi knows it's time.

Smiling at the boy she loves once more, she lets go of the hand she had held for so long and lowers her own.
"Well, anyway... I'll see you around!"

With that, she turns and goes her own way.
Sora watches her for a moment before turning in the opposite direction, both leaving with the understanding that they will remain friends, but never again be anything more.

Mmkay, so um...
That should be enough to get the story to you, heh.
It wasn't totally specific with every moment of the video, but it's the outline. So hopefully you can figure the rest out.

Few things, though.
Sora and Kairi changing into Roxas and Namine is supposed to represent what different people they've become.
The second verse is pretty much memories.
The first instrumental bit is memories, but I gave it a golden hue to signify that they're precious ones.

I know I repeated a few clips, but please be nice to me about it.
They all have a purpose; I was not just lazy or dumb.
Especially that, "I'll see you around" line where I use the hand clip twice.
Having Kairi retract her hand is probably the most important moment of the vide to me. It really means...more than anything.
For God's sake, I started to cry again once I placed the clip. xD;
So, yeah. Be open minded, please.
Nothing is here without purpose.

...And on a less emo note, OMG, how awesome am I for that curtain part?! xD
I totally thought using Timeless River would make it all lame and laughable, but I TOTALLY pulled that off.
I am amazing sometimes. xD

Unlike a lot of people, I don't make emotional videos to be told those things. I make them to shove my felings into a creative outlet so I can have a clearer head again, and get back to relying on myself to fix the things I'm unhappy with.

It's not whining or pity-seeking. It's simply release. Sorry if that bothers you.

So, while you are quite right, you can go ahead and tell someone else. Because I am very well aware. Thank you.

I still hope you'll be ok. I can see you have a lot of great friends. I watch all of you guys and I think you're all brilliant. Good luck with the future and don't hide from it. If you embrace it you'll never have any regrets no matter what you do. My girlfriend told me that before sh died at Christmas and I hold onto that even now.

I especially loved the "I'll see you around" part until the end. Like, when she smiles, turns around, and walks away? Ahhh, so pretty. My heart cried out. ;_;
