ok, here is how to draw lugia, first things firstm i hate pokemon with a passion,

y: whe little brothers and sister play th theme tune too loud continually u want to block this out in anyway possible, including play u own loud music with headphones, well because of extreamly long periods of time with it massively loud im partically deafin my right ear. as one o fmy friends but it, diagnosis = Deaf by pokemon.... -_-'

put the effect in top line, and put the clip u want to appear inside on the bottom line underneath the effect. i think... i cant remember sorry. I use Vegas now.
