I love Taurus products, but this guy is a joke. Taurus should have used someone that knew what they were talking about to represent them.

As a CUSTOMER I never point the gun at the salesperson as a matter of courtesy.. this dumbass points the guns at the lady several times- What did he do when the cameras stopped rolling? Jam it into her belly?... Total failure on gun etiquette 101.. never point the barrel at anything you don't want to kill- get yourself a new sales rep.
