Steve, I enjoy your videos and your down to earth attitude. I know the safety police sometimes come and tell you what you did ( that might be unsafe), so I thought I would beat them to it. When you cut down on the chop saw (the round part for a flat), because it is not seated against the fence (flat against the fence), it could grab, twist and pull your fingers in. When I need to cut something like this, I use a scrap of wood to hold the part down instead of my fingers. Blair

A tip, for the sliding of the backsupport to be smoother, use candle wax!

i like it i wanna make one!
Hey that is a great idea! Although I don't cook that much I am always using books in my shop some of them don't stay open. I can use this in my shop and continue to microwave my chicken pot pies. thanks

@Buzzsawman It's funny, because after I made this I thought the same thing! Too many woodworking books include plans flop shut when you try to use them in the shop and need to keep referencing them.

@thewooforfun Cooking has a lot in common with woodworking. They are both about ideas, inspiration, design, execution and presentation. You improve with experience and throw away a lot of disasters in the process.
