This is an awesome song. So intense and free like the first time you realized that fearing God was stupid the feeling of liberation mix with the anger of all the time you wasted trying to please something that isn't there instead of just enjoying life.

I love how people say NuMetal is commercial, but if you look at views and sales, the new Metalcore bullshit like Escape the Fate and Bullet for my Valentine demolish NuMetal, which is a damn shame 'cause NuMetal deserves better. No other genre mixes rap, funk, and sometimes industrial and sometimes orchestral instruments with metal. Logically, NuMetal is really talented. The new metal on radio today is just generic riffs, screaming and breakdowns with the same tuning, same lyrics, etc.

@MrFenn88 i fucking loved it. it was a phase no doubt but that didnt mean it oculdnt be awesome. One Minute Silence were fucking brilliant. Heavy as you like but still awesome. I fucking hate those elitist wanker metal fans who say its not metal jsut cos they sing lyrics that are actually intelligable and riffs that arent in drop F tuning or something.

I'm writing a nu metal satire right now. Listening to One Minute Silence serves as inspiration. But in hindsight, this isn't half bad! When nu metal was popular I hated it because it was so over-exposed by magazines like Metal Hammer, but now when we no longer are force fed nu metal, it's actually okay!
