your talak is talakul ba'in. you will have to do nikah again and it is counted as 1 talak.

I have heared people saying even if you do Talaq.e.Hasan (the one he's talking about, which is according to Quran and Sunnat, which becomes effective in 3-months).he said person can get back without helala? i don't get this bit... 'm still confused..can anybody clear

could you please any one let me know if a person has given TALAQ just once to her wife before RUKHSATI (MARRIAGE ) ...will it be COUNTED the same as after rukhsati ( marriage ) ...??/
