actually matty...you can tell rolling stone their list isnt half bad. if you asked the average aussie for his top10 it would be "back in black" at no1.....led zepp zoso at no 2. then 5 crap finger albums. the yobbos in australia love the geordie arsewipe...it is a fantastic album....but probably belongs at about #40. i dont agree with sgt peppers at #1. but agree it is the most important album in rock history. it is probably my 5th favourite beatle album. i dont know what miles davis is doing

The point is that the government has no interest in improvement and can't act in the citizen's interests. It's in direct conflict with the interests they actually support. I think it's time to go back to the drawing board and really ask yourself what's happening.
