  • Most of the nutrients/flavors are lost when you boil vegetables. It's better to bake sweet potatoes in the oven and then puree them

  • Why are there English subtitles, on a video where the lady is speaking English? Not to mention there is no applesauce, and you are cooking with a normal potato not a sweet one. Are you crazy?

  • so the is clearly not applesauce.. but might i add that cooking a sweet potato in its skin is more nutrent for your baby! not steaming it in chuncks. bake it in the oven! :)

    oh and apple sauce.. i am still working on that! :)
