good update, but there is one thing you left out of your updates!
You are HUMAN!! we are not robots when it comes to healthy living, You are under a doctor's care and the first things that should come in your life is your wellness.
Give yourself some credit tho, you have struggled and had some relief from medications, but you are the one who will be making the changes in life, you can do this, support from family and friends are so important.
I have faith in you, you can and Will venture on!

i have issues with anxiety and depression too...it is no fun!! I find when I do some sort of physical activity sometimes this helps, even if its just somthing small...my doctor told me I dont deal with stressful situations but just put it on the back burner and then it all comes to a head in the form of a panic attack...so hopefuly if i get my weight under control this will go away...i hope you feel better and get back on track because you were doing FANTASTIC!!! I believe in you!!!
