I have never been able to get their seitan corned beef recipe to turn out right :( VeganDad has a corned beef recipe that I use often and is much easier IMO. However, the Italian sausage recipe from everyday dish is good :)

i have never used seitan and sarah is allergic to wheat, so i dont think we will be making this... but hope it was yummy! :)

I am always up for the challenge when it comes to making new dishes. If you are allergic to wheat then this wouldn't be the dish to try. It was tasty and I will do it again in a few months.

spray container w/oil it is easier for the molases to come out

You know, I didn't think to do that. I usually rub just a small amount of EVOO in containers that will hold thick liquids like this. Thanks for the reminder!
