Welcome to Spring in Australia. This video is especially for my gardening subscribers. It is a contribution to YouTube's horticultural collection of videos as well as my own personal record of my gardens at this time of year.
I am an avid fan of propagating and collecting. I specialise in flowering succulents like the well-known 'pig's face' which I have over 16 varieties of.
Also, in my collection are non-flowering succulents such as Jade. There are approximately 70 varieties that I grow (not including the 'pig's face').
This time of year is a time for me to look back over my gardens and see it as a reward after the long hours spent through out the year.
Also see my Autumn reviews.

Thanks for viewing.

  • Thanks mate. I'm always pruning and propagating etc. Love collecting succulents and trying to improve on remembering their botanical names. I love having this interest. What plants do you have?

  • You have a very lovely garden! It's so refreshing to see all of your plants and flowers because where I live it's freezing right now and there's snow on the ground. I haven't seen plants outside for several months now :) But our spring months will be here soon!

  • Yeah, we're pretty blessed here in Australia. I haven't experience snow ever at this time of year. We hear a lot about it through carols but for me more now through my youtube friends! Thanks for viewing.

  • beautiful flowers !!!

  • That's interesting. Over here in winter, we just have to cover up the main tap out the front so it doesnt freeze a little but my one is under ground so not a huge concern. It is lovely and warm here so I might do more gardening after i check the rest of the youtube comments. Thanks.

  • joli ! ! ! ! !

in my place, in France (near Nantes atlantic coast) it's raining and raining and winter is coming ... I'll have to cut off water taps in the garden so as they will not freeze ...
