Part 2 of this High Definition video of two boys exploring a cave is sure to grab your attention. Be sure to watch Part 1. One boy falls into a cave. The Rescue Response Team responds and employs rope rescue gear and rescue techniques to successfully lower a medic to attend to the injured boy. They then raise the boy up out of the cave and transport him to an ambulance. Part 2 offers more in depth coverage of the extraction of the boy from the cave. Gear used for the rope rigging is manufactured by Petzl, Pelican Products, Rock Exotica, Raven and Rescue Response Gear. This video is dedicated to everyone who risks their lives to rescue those in need. Filmed by ZIONPictures. http://zionpictures.net

  • I think most people are missing the point of the video. RescueResponse is a trading company that sells products and this video is designed to show their products at their best. It may not be the most well executed rescue in terms of speed and finesse, however it does give you an ideal view of products in their intended environment instead of looking at still images.

  • I've seen less complicated spider webs, talk about overkill

  • @napstez

    ya

I would have just got a anchor set up around a tree and got a medic down there then set up a basket to get the kid out. simplicity wins every time

  • is the dyper petzl

  • how long would it take them to put all that kit away youd be there hours zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz its a add for petzl lolaty

  • there must be at least 9000 euro worth of gear ... now i'm in mountain rescue ... and we don't go tat much gear ... just a tripod and some pulleys would be alot simpler and better for the patient ... in an emergency .. time is everything

  • Those pelican lights work so well. Everyone inside that cave would have been blinded. The guys who made this video probably know what Im talking about.

  • Not the best rescue a bit long winded , could of been a lot better with the kit that was used. also you should of rigged it up higher so you could lift the boy clear .. to be honest is was a bit poney . . . .

  • where is this at?
