It's not really entirely about Paul. This is about the Beatles and how they have so many types of genres and how they have changed. John even wrote the three first songs. (correct me if I'm wrong).

don´t get me wrong I believe every bealte was really important, everyone gave a special "touch" or whatever to the group and without one of them we wouldn´t know the beatles as the best band ever.
