I was 5 and I grew up with a rottweiler. My dad worked a lot so he couldn't come home much, but there was this incident when this guy tried to break into my house when i was 11. The dog said come at me bro. Shortly after, he departed in a hurry. The dog had to be put down due to having severe arthritis to the point where she couldnt move, as is common for large dogs when they get older. I'm 21 now, and that dog gave me a save home i could grow up in. I will get a rottwheiler when I have children

it is amazing how much of a pussy a dog becomes if he grows up with an owner, which sounds messed up but its like so cool how having a family can literally change a dogs life, his behavior and everything

Last month I got a new puppy, who got out of the back yard and my older dog stuck with her to make sure she didnt get hurt :) It was cute

Thank God this rescue worker took the time and found this precious dog. It is sad that the family cannot keep her right now. What an awesome dog..who says animals aren't intelligent. They are sensient, compassionate beings. Who feel everything we humans do.
