@tonydamaga Wing Chun is a very good way to learn how to control the fear of physical aggression. It is the close-contact that wing chun likes that allows you to feel safe inside the aggressors range. In fact you want the aggressor to be closer, and as such it makes you understand that close proximity can be your friend. It is the only one I learned and it is the only one I needed. Peace!

I like his way of "teaching"..I think he 'teaches" hisself also at the same time..there is no ending when it comes to "learning"..good work!!*****stars.
