Yes, there is a substantial difference in edge refinement between 10k & 15k, however stopping at 10k would be more than sharp enough for any cutting task.

It is a matter of personal taste. The Choseras are more forgiving with very good feedback. I personally use Choseras up to 10k, then move on with 15k & 30k Shapton Pros.

You cannot go wrong with either.

I sent an email to Edgepronic more than a week ago and I am still waiting for answer from them I don't know why they don't want to sell me one :))), perhaps they are still resting from New Year :)

Is there a big difference between Chosera 10K and Shapton 15K? Also I couldn't find information about the thickness of Choseras stones. Shaptons looks like a bit thicker and probably will last longer.

And my final question :) I'd like to get the professional model of Edge Pro do you know what's the price for one without any edge pro stones.
