Mercedes Benz Tipper Trucks and ready Mix Concrete lorries were amongst the many vehicles driving around Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.
February 2010
They appear very old looking, compared to european standards but Im sure they probably aren't.
All vehicles were captured on my out and about morning walks in Sharm...

  • You certainly captured some characters out there Paul, it's a pity they couldn't see the results of their posing..ha..ha..5* Bob

  • I know, they dont seem to have access to YouTube for some reason.

They certainly love to pose for the camera, and have mastered many different poses.. ha ha.

Was quite comical for me to see them rush out, or just stop what they were doing, down tools and strike a pose... :-)

It just wouldn't happen back home, so it made it more fun for me meeting these lads... Loved every second Bob !! :-)

  • Nice trucks.

If they had this trucks when they built the pyramids the work would have been much easier.

  • Ha ha yes I bet it would.... :-) and the Caterpillars !!

  • you should have took up jogging like the guy at 3.40 ha ha!!!

  • Stuff that for a game of soldiers... ha ha. I had my cameraman head on instead... :-)

Now i know about your new friends Egyptians drivers :-)

    great video Paul *****

  • Yes I agree I did take a shine to those trucks myself.

It was windy on a few occasions, sometimes it sounds worse than it actually was.

The breeze was quite welcome at times, as it kept the heat down to a comfortable level... :-)

  • Thanks Alberto, glad you liked it. :-))
